Calru Solutions is a Bloemfontein (South African) based company that was founded in 2006.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. CALRU reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if a user violates these Terms & Conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so. The user shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the CALRU websites.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

CALRU reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time as it sees fit by posting the changes on www.calru.co.za these changes are effective immediately upon posting and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these Terms & Conditions.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card for the cancelled amount.

SECURITY POLICY

CALRU is committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

PAYMENT POLICY

CALRU accepts payment in various ways; you can pay for the goods you have ordered by:

  • Paying directly on the website by using your credit card (Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted)
  • Using your Internet Banking and paying via an EFT
  • You can make a Direct Deposit
  • Cash on delivery (in Bloemfontein area only)

INTERNET BANKING & DIRECT DEPOSITS:

When you place your order online you will receive an order number and our banking details in the confirmation email. Use this order number as the reference when you make the payment from your Internet Banking or when you go to the bank to make the Direct Deposit. Once you have made the payment please send us a payment notification, this is the EFT Proof Of Payment or a copy of the Band Deposit Slip, so that we can send out your parcel as soon as possible. Payment Notifications can be emailed to orders@calru.co.za or faxed to 086 549 3444.

CALRU acknowledges that Credit Card Fraud is a growing concern for customers purchasing goods online and because we take credit card fraud very seriously we have taken all the necessary steps to limit our customers being susceptible to this kind of fraud. As well as taking all the necessary steps to limit Credit Card Fraud the CALRU Website uses one of the best credit card facilities in the industry, PayFast, for all credit card purchases online, and Payfast ensures all users of Safe Secure Transactions.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

NATION WIDE DELIVERY

Yes Nation Wide! CALRU will deliver your parcel with speed and simplicity to any location within South Africa. So no matter where you are located in the Country you can purchase on our website and expect your parcel to arrive at your doorstep with no hassle.

THE DELIVERY OPTIONS

CALRU uses various shipping and delivery methods to get your parcel to you on time and when you need it!

 

    1. SA Post Office– Parcels shipped via the South African Post Office are delivered from counter to counter Nation Wide. You will be provided with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order and collect your parcel from your local Post Office at your convenience.
    2. Door To Door – Our Door To Door service is handled by various professional courier companies who will deliver your parcel straight to your door. With this service you will be provided with a tracking number that will allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.

 

*Please Note: Delivery services are free within the Bloemfontein area, should you need your parcel delivered to any Free Range (Areas outside of Bloemfontein falling within our courier companies delivery area) or Outlying Area (Areas outside of Bloemfontein not falling with in our courier companies delivery area) service is not free and you will be charged a fee of R99,00 for the delivery service. Door to door deliveries cannot be made to a PO.BOX so please provide a physical street address.

CALRU reserves the right to select any delivery method best suiting each order.

THE DELIVERY RATES

  1. Free Range Areas – at CALRU we try add additional value to our customers with every order that is placed and that’s why we offer FREE DELIVERY for certain orders! Delivery services are free within the Free Range Areas. Should your order qualify for our Free Delivery Services then you will not incur any additional charges and will only be liable for the payment of the goods ordered.
  2. Outlying Areas – Orders  being shipped to Outlying Areas (Areas falling outside of the Bloemfontein delivery area) will be subject to a flat delivery fee.

THE DELIVERY TIMES

All parcels are track able, also those sent with The South African Post Office; go to the Speed Services Website www.speedservices.co.za under QUICKLINKS click TRACK AND TRACE and type in your tracking number to see the status of your order.

When using the South African Post Office you can be collect your parcel within 4 – 7 working days. The Collection Notification by the Post Office may only be in your letter box a few days after the parcel has arrived at the Post Office however you can use the tracking number sent in our shipping email to collect your parcel even before you have received the notification. Be sure to take your parcel ID number with you which you can also find in our shipping email.

When using our Door to Door Service (Courier Company) the estimated delivery time of orders is between 2 – 5 working days, this depends on the distance the parcel needs to travel. Please also be sure that someone will be present at the address indicated to sign for the parcel otherwise there will be delays. If nobody is at home during the day please indicate your work or any other address where the parcel can be delivered to, also deliveries cannot be made to a PO.BOX so please provide a Physical Street Address.

PLEASE NOTE:

Orders placed after 12:00 on Working Days will be shipped the following day.

In some instances the delivery times specified above may not be applicable due to the size of the order or if there is an unforeseen complications. In these instances you will be contacted by a CALRU Representative who will notify you about the situation and when the order can be expected.

Orders will be shipped during Weekdays and Working Days. Orders placed after Friday 12:00 will be shipped Monday morning (Should that Monday not fall on a Public Holiday).

RETURNS POLICY

CALRU accepts the return of goods purchased on the  CALRU Website only if they are unopened and in their original condition. Should you return the goods within 14 days of receipt we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

CALRU will only accept the return of defective goods if they are in their original condition.  CALRU does not accept the return of opened products unless the product is deemed defective. In the event that you have opened a defective product then you can send the product back (The return shipping costs are incurred by you) to  CALRU and we will give it to the manufacturer for inspection; only if the manufacturer deems the product to be bad you can then choose to either get a full refund (including your return shipping costs) or get another product.

CANCELLING AN ITEM

Should you request the cancellation of an item14 days after receipt  CALRU will refund you the full price of the product (Less shipping fees if applicable) only if the it is unopened and in its original condition. For the cancellation of items either contact  CALRU via telephone on 083 708 4051 or send us and email to orders@calru.co.za and tell us why you want to return the product and we’ll give you all the necessary details on how and where to return the item.
